Position Overview

Inspire Change Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health professional to join our innovative team as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families in need. Our therapists will work primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, supporting our mission of enhancing access to quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client’s unique mental health needs and concerns, promptly translating these into actionable treatment plans.

  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, using remote communication tools effectively to deliver group and individual therapy.
  • Monitor client progress diligently and adjust treatment plans as necessary, addressing any urgent mental health issues that may arise and coordinating care with external resources when needed.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development through continuing education, workshops, and peer collaboration, enhancing clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus
