• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, ensuring comprehensive understanding of their unique experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that respect their personal goals and preferences, adapting them as needed based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' specific needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, exploring treatment options and self-care strategies to enhance overall recovery.

• Monitor client progress systematically, tracking outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to foster optimal results.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals to deliver integrated care that serves the holistic needs of our clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders, applying new findings to enhance treatment quality.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity and privacy of client information.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to promote personal and organizational growth.

• Advocate for clients and contribute to decreasing the stigma associated with mental health, ensuring their needs and rights are respectfully addressed.

This role primarily focuses on clients experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and related mental health challenges. As an LMFT, you will work directly with individuals and families, providing support and guidance to those navigating difficult emotional landscapes. Your empathy and expertise will play critical roles in assisting clients in their journeys toward emotional stability and healthier relationships.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is necessary to ensure a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trusting relationships with clients.

• Demonstrating empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards client experiences is a must.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to navigate a caseload effectively.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural differences in mental health approaches.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling is advantageous as this role involves remote communication.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 - 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
