Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients’ mental health challenges, creating an informed basis for treatment planning.
• Develop individualized therapy programs that address the diverse needs and aspirations of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities effective for marriage and family dynamics.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure cohesive and coordinated care across all dimensions of a client’s mental health journey.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families, enabling them to better understand and participate in the healing process.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
