• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health status, history, and treatment needs, ensuring a tailored approach to care.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with the client’s goals and needs, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic methods.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy to adult clients, employing various therapeutic techniques that promote healing and growth, and adjust approach as needed to respond to client progress.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver effective virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a high level of engagement and therapeutic impact.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care and contribute to improving the therapeutic environment.

You will primarily engage with adult clients from diverse backgrounds, each facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Our patients include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other concerns. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance and guiding clients towards positive outcomes.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and facilitating effective therapy sessions.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized while handling a diverse caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions on board.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is preferred, reflecting a comfort with technology and remote communication.

• A background in working with a variety of mental health issues and treatment modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

• Previous experience in a collaborative care model or team-based mental health services is desirable.

• The competitive salary ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience level.
