• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that promote awareness of mental health issues, offer coping strategies, and foster a supportive community atmosphere.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention services, which include assessing and managing mental health emergencies with appropriate support and guidance.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, the available treatment options, and community resources that may assist in their recovery journey.
• Document all patient encounters and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, fostering transparency and accountability in care.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of advancements in mental health therapy.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying age groups. Our clients often face challenges posed by mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance-related issues. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Applicants must possess a current valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience and proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication, empathy, and building rapport with clients.
• Strong judgment and adherence to professional ethics and boundaries, as well as ability to manage sensitive situations effectively.
• Competence in using electronic health record systems and familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms).
• Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and value interdisciplinary collaboration.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, candidates with additional experience in group therapy facilitation or specialized training in specific therapeutic techniques will be viewed favorably.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
