As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conduct ongoing assessments to identify each client's unique treatment needs and formulate appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on enhancing clients' coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and communication skills.

You will work with adults aged 18 and older, many of whom face significant challenges in maintaining their mental well-being. Our clients may deal with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other mental health disorders. Through individualized counselling and life skills training, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve stability and independence within their communities.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• The ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating a solid understanding of ethical and legal standards.
• No disciplinary actions on your license.

• Proven experience in providing direct clinical services, particularly in a similar remote setting.
