• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges, personal goals, and preferences.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, notably Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individuals experiencing mood disorders.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote mental health.
• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on real-time observations and feedback.
• Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to integrated patient care, enhancing overall therapeutic outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorders, contributing to innovative treatment approaches that benefit both patients and the organization.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards within the field.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions that focus on advancements in mood disorder treatment.
• Act as an advocate for clients by promoting de-stigmatization and increasing awareness of mood disorders and mental health needs.

You will primarily work with individuals who are experiencing challenges related to mood disorders, which include but are not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety-related disorders, and other emotional difficulties. Our diverse clientele comes from various backgrounds and demographics, requiring a culturally competent approach to care that acknowledges their unique contexts and needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Texas.
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology is essential, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A commitment to professional growth and staying abreast of best practices in the treatment of mood disorders.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders is preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT, along with a proven track record of positive client outcomes in treating mood disorders.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
