Location Overview
Join our team in Amangiri. Blending into untouched red-rock country on over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau, Amangiri and its satellite, Camp Sarika, reflect dual aspects of this ancient desert landscape. A serene sanctuary, Amangiri's 34 modernist suites, Aman Spa and mesa-embracing pool echo the tranquillity of the canyons. Camp Sarika, with its 10 tented pavilions, answers the region's call to adventure. An unrivalled base for exhilarating expeditions and fireside connection, the camp has its own restaurant, lounge and spa suites.

This is a remote position based in Miami, Florida, supporting Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. The role requires regular travel to represent the resort at industry events, partner meetings, and familiarization experiences.

Role
The Leisure Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within the leisure segment through strategic sales initiatives, targeted business development, and relationship management with key luxury travel partners. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role represents the resort within the global luxury travel community and cultivates partnerships with travel advisors, consortia, and wholesale partners to position the resort as a preferred destination.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive leisure sales strategy aligned with the resort's annual revenue goals.

Identify high-value leisure accounts and opportunities to expand market share.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, and wholesale accounts.

Conduct sales calls, virtual trainings, webinars, and site inspections to strengthen partner engagement.

Proactively prospect new business opportunities and emerging leisure markets.

Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.

Coordinate and host familiarization trips (FAM trips) for key partners.

Maintain accurate account profiles, production reports, and sales activity records.

Monitor account performance and develop strategies to exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with guest experience delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of luxury hotel or resort sales experience, preferably within the leisure segment.

Established relationships with luxury travel advisors and consortia partners preferred.

Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of GDS, online distribution platforms, and leisure travel market trends.

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Delphi preferred.

Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.
