What You'll Be Doing
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll connect virtually with individuals who have already requested information about their insurance benefit options.
Rather than making unsolicited calls, you'll focus on building meaningful conversations, understanding each client's needs, and helping them explore solutions that fit their situation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Meeting with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
- Learning about each client's goals and answering their questions
- Explaining available benefit options in a clear and professional manner
- Guiding clients through the enrollment process
- Maintaining accurate client records and follow-up communication
- Participating in ongoing coaching and virtual team meetings
