As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician/ Plumber to join our team to deliver service solutions to our residential and light commercial customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial properties
  • Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot efficiently, and be able to present viable solutions
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding the problem, recommended solutions, timeline, and pricing
  • Document jobs in company app include:
    • Detailed job notes
    • Materials used
    • Before / during / after photos
    • Completion of solution sheets as required
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate as needed with dispatch and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly
  • Promoting the company
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, professional truck and jobsite; treat customer property with care
  • Stay current on industry best practices, products, and evolving plumbing technology

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience (service preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform manual work and lift equipment/materials as needed
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
