This remote role allows you to craft your own schedule and manage your caseload from the comfort of your home. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, focused on enhancing clients' mental health and overall well-being.
• Facilitate discussions about emotions and personal experiences, guiding clients toward greater self-awareness and healthy relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them identify and articulate their personal goals for therapy.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions informed by your clinical expertise.

Your practice will involve working with a diverse clientele that has been prescreened for stability and low acuity. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An independent license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to conduct professional evaluations to inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to counseling.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology necessary for virtual therapy sessions and record-keeping.

• Experience in working with a variety of mental health issues in outpatient settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and other therapeutic methodologies.
