Key Responsibilities

As an LICSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administering a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.
• Collaborating with medical professionals to coordinate and optimize care for patients, ensuring a cohesive treatment approach.
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance clinical practices and share valuable insights.
• Providing educational support for patients and their families, addressing mental health concerns, the treatment process, and available community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health, incorporating this knowledge into your clinical practice to deliver the most effective interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health conditions. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy services in a similar setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
