Job Description

We're partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized consumer products company to find an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a variety of corporate and G&A hiring initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team supporting business-critical functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong full-cycle recruiter who excels at stakeholder management, candidate experience, and balancing multiple requisitions across corporate functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates across multiple corporate functions
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, interview best practices, and hiring decisions
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate offer discussions
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
  • Track recruiting metrics and communicate progress to key stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and responsiveness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
