Willow Springs Healthcare Clinic is seeking a committed and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position. The LMFT position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing flexibility and comfort for practitioners. Our outpatient office provides a welcoming atmosphere for both professionals and clients. • Engage in collaborative treatment planning by participating in staff meetings, group supervision sessions, and one-on-one evaluations with your clinical supervisor, fostering a culture of shared learning and professional growth.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health issues and create personalized treatment strategies.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using tailored approaches focused on promoting clients’ personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Set and track therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients to measure progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide virtual counseling services, catering to clients who face transportation challenges or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain precise documentation to uphold ethical standards and to support clinical practices effectively.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enrich your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health care.

This role involves working with a diverse clientele including individuals struggling with addiction, couples seeking marriage counseling, and families dealing with relational issues. Experience with children, teens, and clients from various cultural backgrounds, particularly clients of color and the LGBTQIA community, is especially valuable as we strive to provide inclusive care that resonates with all clients in our community.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current and valid state-issued LMFT license.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience with demonstrated proficiency in mental health therapy.
• Experience working with a diverse client demographic, especially those facing unique challenges related to addiction, trauma, and family dynamics.

We are particularly looking for candidates with specialized experience providing therapy for couples, children, and families. Additionally, candidates with demonstrated success working with clients of color or within the LGBTQIA community will be highly regarded, as these experiences enrich our therapeutic offerings.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer an attractive sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team!
