We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-efficiency Production Artist / Graphic Designer to join our growing internal marketing team. The organization is undergoing a corporate rebrand and launching a new website. With a finalized brand style guide, the ideal candidate will lead the updating, formatting, and migration of an extensive library of sales collateral, presentation decks, and marketing assets into the new brand identity.
This is a 100% remote contract role 40 hours per week, depending on project needs with the potential to transition into a permanent, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Migration & Layout: Apply the established brand style guide across a high volume of existing presentation decks, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
  • Collateral Production: Design and produce polished marketing assets, including brochures, data sheets, whitepapers, and other sales materials.
  • Digital Asset Creation: Create web banners, social media graphics, and other digital marketing assets based on provided specifications.
  • File Management & Collaboration: Maintain an organized cloud-based file system, package clean vector and layered files, and prepare assets for handoff to web developers and external vendors.
  • Independent Execution: Manage production projects from start to finish with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, alignment, and color consistency.
  • Experience working within a cloud-based collaboration environment (such as Google Workspace).
  • Comfortable with production-focused design work requiring efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
