Work Environment

This remote position empowers our LPCs to work from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our clinical team. Telehealth is our primary modality, allowing you to engage with clients through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and building positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, assess stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge as needed.
  • Create, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on the client's specific goals and needs.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client to track their therapeutic journey effectively.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the clients' mental health needs and determine suitable treatment approaches.
