• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to identify needs, concerns, and treatment goals through engaging virtual sessions.
• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling to address a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, using evidence-based approaches.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions seeking to improve relationships, enhance communication, and resolve conflicts through guided discussions and strategies.
• Craft personalized treatment plans that are responsive to the distinct challenges and objectives of each client, incorporating therapeutic interventions and measurable goals.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and support, helping clients navigate immediate mental health problems and connecting them to necessary resources.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, including coping mechanisms and available support systems, fostering a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Meticulously maintain client records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, confidential, and compliant with all legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and legal requirements, safeguarding client confidentiality and ensuring informed consent at all stages of counseling.

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your expertise will aid clients in coping with their mental health concerns, empowering them to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in providing counseling services, with a focus on best practices and evidence-based modalities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical conduct in all interactions.
• Awareness of cultural sensitivity and dedication to meeting the diverse needs of clients.
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, including engaging in supervision and training opportunities.

• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapeutic settings is desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Experience working with a range of mental health conditions and populations.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. We utilize a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment rates ahead of collections, ensuring that you don’t have to wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
