Blue Pearl Psychiatry and Counseling Center, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a remote position within our telehealth facility, the LCPC will have the flexibility to provide services from a home office while engaging with clients via virtual platforms. • Maintain a caseload of diverse clients, ensuring a professional and ethical approach to building positive therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct regular client sessions to discuss progress and outline upcoming appointments, as well as potential discharge cases.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's needs, focusing on their holistic well-being.
• Document client interactions meticulously through progress notes and treatment updates.
• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health history and current needs.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to facilitate professional growth and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to enhance the interdisciplinary approach to client care.
• Adopt a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

The LCPC will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families, who may present a variety of mental health challenges. Our team is dedicated to delivering culturally competent and sensitive care to individuals from various backgrounds, including those from the LGBTQIA+ community, ethnic minorities, and individuals with disabilities. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and client management, including familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and PIMSY.
• Skilled in conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Experience working in a remote telehealth environment.
• Strong background in treating a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a willingness to learn new approaches.

Blue Pearl Psychiatry offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
