Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily manufacturing collections activities to meet deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable aging and pipeline reports.

  • Track and measure performance against daily/weekly/monthly targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing disputes promptly.

  • Communicate payment expectations and timelines to customers clearly.

  • Identify high-risk accounts and escalate to management with mitigation plans.

  • Assist in establishing and optimizing the collections pipeline within territory.

  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on collection progress.

  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to update customer records and payment status.

  • Support temporary teams with process improvements and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and data privacy.

  • Proactively seek learning opportunities to grow into advanced collections roles.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience with Navision and Salesforce
