Griffin and Associates Psychotherapy, Consultation Services, is seeking a dedicated and flexible Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic remote team. You will use advanced online systems and tools for documentation and client interactions, making it easier to adapt to the needs of your clients while managing your caseload effectively. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive, professional relationships that adhere to ethical boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review therapeutic progress, discuss stability, and strategize upcoming appointments and discharge when appropriate.
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on each client's specific needs and goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' challenges and needs from the outset.
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and improve therapeutic skills.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, ensuring continuity of care for all clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset, proactively seeking opportunities for learning and improvement in clinical practices.

Your primary focus will be on serving a varied client population that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Each client will be met with individualized attention, allowing you to utilize your expertise in evidence-based practices to foster healing and personal growth. The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a relevant field.
• Current and unrestricted License as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Nevada.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with technology, specifically in using spreadsheets, records management systems, and telehealth platforms.
• Expertise in providing high-quality psychotherapy services, including individual therapy sessions.
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments independently.

Griffin and Associates offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our structured Fee-for-Service model ensures guaranteed rates with payments made ahead of collections—eliminating wait times for reimbursement.
