• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive, trusting therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review treatment progress, assess stability, schedule appointments, and plan for successful discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique goals and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in compliance with established protocols.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop individualized care strategies.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions while also participating in professional supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Maintain a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional development in your counseling practice.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inner Balance Innovations, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, tailoring your approach to meet the varying needs of adults, children, and families facing an array of mental health challenges. Your contributions will directly impact individuals seeking improvement in their mental health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, demonstrating your commitment to upholding high professional standards.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, showcasing your practical skills and knowledge of counseling techniques.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing direct therapeutic services to both individuals and families, enhancing your ability to connect with clients at various levels.
• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments and developing subsequent treatment plans based on client needs.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
