• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that suit each client’s unique needs and aspirations.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with company policy, including progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and further diagnosis as necessary.
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as telehealth services to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Utilize innovative approaches and therapeutic modalities to inspire clients to achieve and exceed their treatment goals, including creative interventions tailored to specific cases.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including families, medical personnel, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mind Bliss Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will be addressing an array of issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role is critical in helping clients gain insights into their issues and develop healthier coping strategies within the context of their familial and social environments.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is essential for this role.
• Applicants must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Proficiency in mental health documentation systems—including treatment plans, diagnosis assessments, and detailed case notes—is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to establish stable, appropriate boundaries with clients while creating a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse patient population are key attributes we look for in our candidates.

• Experience working within a community mental health setting, particularly with family therapy services and community resources, is advantageous.

• Prior experience in fee collection at the time of service, demonstrating financial empathy and responsibility.
