Your role will involve delivering high-quality psychotherapy services, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Conducting initial and ongoing clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to established best practices.
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—to support clients in overcoming their mental health challenges.
• Keeping comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and consistency in patient records.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide cohesive and coordinated patient care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously improve service delivery and treatment strategies.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health topics, therapy options, and community resources available for further support.
• Staying informed of current research and developments in the field, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to enhance treatment efficacy.

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience focused on providing therapeutic services to patients.
• Familiarity with solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and work effectively in a virtual team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

• Experience delivering telehealth services or engaging with patients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in specific therapeutic methodologies, particularly CBT and DBT.
• Prior experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
