Build a Flexible Remote Practice — Set your own schedule and maintain a caseload that aligns with your availability and professional goals

Work Alongside Experts in the Field — Join a collaborative team of clinicians who are passionate about advancing care for individuals and families seeking support for compulsive or overuse behaviors, or emotional dysregulation struggles through compassionate, evidence-based treatment

  • Clinical consultation and peer support
  • Insurance credentialing support
  • Assistance with and funding for additional state licensure
  • Administrative and billing support
  • Flexible scheduling and remote work
  • W-2 employment
  • 401(k) with employer match
Who We're Looking For:
  • Active clinical licensure in the state of New York: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent license
  • Interest in gambling disorder, gaming disorder, and other behavioral challenges
  • Desire to pursue ICGC-I certification with company support
  • Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care
  • Interest in collaborating with a team that's driving innovation in teletherapy
  • Spanish fluency is a plus

Join Our Mission:

At Kindbridge, you'll have the opportunity to expand your expertise into a highly specialized area of behavioral health while helping individuals and families affected by gambling, gaming, and related behavioral challenges.

If you're looking for meaningful clinical work, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to become a leader in an emerging field, we'd love to hear from you.
