Remote coders often encounter challenges such as communication gaps with team members, managing time across different time zones, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. To address these, it's important to actively participate in regular virtual meetings, use collaboration tools like Slack or Jira, and establish a dedicated workspace to minimize distractions.
