• Collaborate with primary care practitioners to identify, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues, enhancing the efficacy of the primary care team.
• Conduct thorough patient intakes that focus on diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations, which inform therapy objectives and treatment recommendations.
• Provide immediate mental health interventions for patients in crisis situations, ensuring that they receive the necessary support in a timely manner.
• Monitor patients' treatment progress through regular follow-ups and adjust care plans as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage with patients to develop personalized relapse prevention strategies and offer support for their mental health journey.
• Document detailed patient progress in treatment charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and continuity of care.
• Facilitate patient education around self-management techniques and healthy lifestyle choices, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative treatment planning sessions to align on patient care and outcomes.
• Provide recommendations for specialized mental health services when necessary and coordinate referrals to other professionals.
• Operate in adherence to the Clinical Professionals' Code of Ethics while fulfilling additional responsibilities as assigned to support clinic operations.

As an LPC at Brightways Recovery Plus, Inc., you will serve a diverse population, addressing various mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders. • A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling is required.
• A valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license is essential for this role.

• Fluency in English is required; Spanish language proficiency is preferred, enabling effective communication with a broader patient base.

Brightways Recovery Plus, Inc. offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
