• Evaluate and diagnose a variety of psychosocial issues, applying your clinical skills to assist patients and their families in overcoming personal and environmental challenges related to mental illnesses.
• Adhere to professional standards as outlined by the NASW Code of Ethics, ensuring that all practice is guided by principles of respect, honesty, and fairness.
• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to identify barriers to treatment and develop actionable discharge plans that enhance overall patient health.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, providing key insights regarding patients' psychosocial needs to inform comprehensive care programs and enhance treatment compliance.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing individual and group therapy techniques, continually analyzing the effectiveness of interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of social work activities in patients' medical records, ensuring fidelity to department standards of care.
• Provide essential education and resources to patients and families regarding mental health recommendations, promoting optimal recovery and functioning.
• Assess the advocacy needs of patients and coordinate community resources, encouraging self-determination and improving social support systems.
• Stay informed about community resources and maintain ongoing professional development to enhance clinical expertise and adaptability.

You will work collaboratively with patients facing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and other psychosocial challenges, providing tailored support based on their unique situations and needs. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Kansas.
• Proficiency in providing care that considers the complexities of aging, human development, and diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting, with a focus on the populations served in a detox environment.
• Exceptional analytical and therapeutic skills to evaluate patients, create robust treatment plans, and track therapeutic progress.

• Experience working in detox or addiction recovery settings, engaging directly with patients to facilitate their healing process.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and utilizing virtual platforms for therapy and care coordination.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices and interventions specific to mental health and substance use disorders.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
