Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and motivated full-stack developer with expertise in low-code/no-code development, API integrations, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product and 3rd party development partners to build innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance business processes. The role involves developing custom applications, automating workflows, integrating systems, and optimizing data management using the Caspio low-code platform in an AWS environment. This is a lead hands-on technology role with room to grow a team in the future.  There is also an opportunity to develop AI solutions that will disrupt the status quo in patient engagement, workflow management and analytics.

  • Work with product management to develop user interfaces in Caspio using  HTML, CSS, React.js, Python, and JavaScript, ensuring responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility.

  • Back-End and data architecture design, development, and optimization of database structures using Caspio's SQL backend

  • Understanding of architectural choices such as triggers, data views and API's 

  • Database Management: implementing and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance, including optimizing SQL queries and implementing security features.

  • Workflow Automation: Developing and managing custom workflows within Caspio to automate business processes. Experience with Python and AngularJS.

  • API Development and Integration: Developing and integrating APIs to connect frontend and backend components and facilitate data exchange with other systems.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducting testing and debugging of applications and participating in code reviews.

  • Deployment and Maintenance: Managing the software development lifecycle from conception to deployment and providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams and communicating progress and challenges.

  • Documentation: Creating technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SQL

  • Strong understanding of Caspio development best practices.

  • Proficiency in web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  Prefer experience with Ionic.

  • Experience with API integrations and workflow automation, including Webhooks and REST/JSON.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and their services, including AWS.

  • Knowledge of security best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Primary Skills (Need to Have):

  • Proven experience developing large-scale, highly integrated applications using Caspio (required).
