At Better Movement Coaching Hub, we are looking for a full-time LMFT to join our innovative clinical team, dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare. This fully remote role supports work-life balance while allowing you to focus on what matters most—patient care.

About the Organization

Located in McKinney, Texas, Better Movement Coaching Hub is one of the fastest-growing behavioral health practices in the country. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to create a healthier society by unifying mental and physical healthcare. The role requires a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, ensuring that you have ample time to balance your personal and professional life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Better Movement Coaching Hub, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that impact the lives of your clients:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each client and their families.
  • Engage with couples in therapy sessions, while also offering individual counseling to each member.
  • Provide specialized care for various issues, including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties.
  • Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at addressing conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.
  • Document therapy sessions appropriately and maintain accurate client records using our state-of-the-art digital platforms.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base comprises diverse adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with families to provide inclusive therapy that addresses the complex dynamics present within family systems. Your expertise will help clients navigate tough emotional landscapes and achieve healthier relationships.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster constructive therapeutic relationships.
  • A commitment to ethical practice and a client-centered approach.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in therapy settings.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, specifically in areas such as addiction, trauma, or familial issues.
  • A background in using telehealth modalities to deliver therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

At Better Movement Coaching Hub, we recognize the importance of providing competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Our LMFTs earn between USD 75,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance and 401(k) plan with employer matching.
  • Paid parental leave and holiday time.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellness support.
  • Flexible scheduling options to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Sign-on bonus for new hires.
