We are looking for a Store Manager to drive sales and client experience by leading with purpose and cultivating a culture of high performance, personalized service, and operational excellence; empowering store teams to achieve targets by creating exceptional experiences and building lasting client loyalty.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the team to achieve sales goals by modeling, motivating, training, and mentoring a client-focused team that values every customer interaction
  • Manage schedules per allotted labor hours, supporting client interactions and maximizing traffic
  • Partner with the People team to acquire, onboard, and develop best-in-class talent
  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to opening/closing, inventory management, cleaning, facilities management, supply ordering, and financial stewardship
  • Meet and maintain visual standards inclusive of window displays, merchandise displays, and daily housekeeping duties
  • Conduct thoughtful analyses of the business that balance business analytics with client feedback and observations of the team to identify ways to continue to improve
  • Maintain a close partnership with the Corporate Team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Minimum of 3+ years of retail managerial experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly
  • Superior coaching and mentoring skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with a strong drive for results
  • Genuinely enjoys selling in a retail environment through building relationships with clients and the team
