• Create and execute personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals and therapeutic needs, ensuring the incorporation of evidence-based methodologies.

• Engage proactively in team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with peers to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Collect and analyze comprehensive client information to accurately diagnose conditions, develop effective treatment strategies, and determine the necessity for referrals or consultations.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities such as group therapy sessions and recreational activities that promote emotional and psychological healing.

This position primarily serves clients in a detox setting, focusing on both mental health and substance use disorders. The clientele comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with unique challenges and strengths. Our approach emphasizes empowerment and recovery through understanding, listening, and developing individualized treatment paths that resonate with each client’s lived experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience providing therapeutic services in mental health or substance use treatment settings.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to set and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A willingness to engage in self-reflection and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Experience working specifically in detox or inpatient settings focused on substance use treatment.
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
• A background in utilizing technology for telehealth services and client management systems.
