Moseley is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to be an integral member of our design team. Experience:
  • 4-8 years of mechanical engineering and HVAC design experience with an intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of calculations, design, layout and specification of commercial and institutional HVAC systems.
  • Prior work with HVAC replacement projects and project management for these types of projects. 
  • Mechanical Engineering bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent commercial HVAC design experience.
  • Ideal applicants will have a PE certification.
Responsibilities:
  • Good working knowledge of the International Mechanical Code and Energy Conservation Code.
  • Strong communication is essential along with the skills to work as an effective member of multi-discipline project teams. 
  • Successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to provide strict attention to detail and be a good troubleshooter and problem solver who works well under pressure with a can-do attitude. 
  • Working knowledge of codes and standards such as SMACNA, NEC, IBC, IMC, IECC, ASHRAE.
