Natividad Mental and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team and provide essential services for adults dealing with a range of mental health issues. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled therapist with a Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology, holding independent licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate and ethical mental health counseling to clients via video conferencing, focusing on stabilizing and supporting low-acuity adults.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Must possess a current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • Licensing should be independent without the requirement for supervision, and candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.
