ABOUT THE ROLE
Hiring a Senior PMM + Growth Marketer to own how we show up to the market.
You'll lead positioning, run product launches, build the sales enablement toolkit, and concept brand campaigns that earn real attention. 80% of the role is core PMM. 20% is directing creative campaigns for social.
This is a high-ownership role. You won't just maintain messaging, you'll define it. You report to the CMO and work closely with the founding team.

  • Own positioning and messaging across all buyer types and verticals
Develop vertical-specific narratives for healthcare, legal, automotive, insurance, utilities, and logistics
Keep competitive differentiation sharp as the Voice AI landscape evolves
  • Lead product launches end-to-end
Own strategy, narrative, and cross-functional coordination from brief to announcement
Partner with DevEvangelist on the demo and technical content layer
  • Build sales enablement from scratch
Run enablement sessions and keep the team equipped with the latest messaging
  • Drive customer and market insights
Run ongoing discovery and translate insights into messaging that converts
Build case studies and proof points across key verticals
  • Direct brand and social campaigns (20%)

Plan campaign bursts around launches, events, and AI industry moments

YOU MIGHT THRIVE IF
  • You have 5+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI infrastructure
  • You have owned product launches end-to-end, not just contributed to them
  • You have strong messaging instincts and know how to brief creatives to bring ideas to life
  • You are hands-on, you don't just plan, you ship
  • You are comfortable with technical products and can translate complexity into clear value
  • You move fast and make good decisions with incomplete information

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must have

  • Background marketing to both technical and business buyers
  • Has directed social campaigns with real organic reach
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and POV on brand content
  • Startup experience

HOW WE EVALUATE
We care less about checkboxes and more about:
  • Whether you have actually owned positioning that shaped how a product is perceived
  • Whether you can concept campaigns that earn real attention, not just fill a calendar
  • Whether product, sales, and design teams would genuinely want to work with you
  • Whether you move fast and make good decisions under ambiguity
