Required Skills
  • 3-5 years of backend software engineering experience
  • Strong Java development experience in enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  • Experience with unit testing, test automation, and test-driven development (TDD)
  • Ability to participate in story sizing, sprint planning, and iterative software delivery
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, QA, infrastructure, and security teams

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Kotlin and/or Groovy
  • Experience supporting supply chain, warehouse management, or order management platforms
  • Manhattan Associates platform experience (WMS, WMOS, Active, or OMS preferred)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
  • Exposure to cloud-native application development

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs
  • Deliver features aligned to prioritized product backlog items
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
  • Create automated tests and validate functionality against acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions
  • Support production readiness, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements
