  • Prepare technical reports, instructional manuals, system design documents, and program documentation.
  • Perform reporting using standard tools and log, monitor, and manage reported problems.
  • Participate in project status meetings and work within Agile, Scrum, and test-driven development practices, including user stories, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Document change control, perform on-call support, maintain regular and reliable attendance, and complete other duties as assigned.

You Will Be Successful If:

  • You apply advanced application programming methods and strong systems analysis to solve complex business problems.
  • You understand vendor-supplied application software and develop functional expertise in assigned applications.
  • You collaborate effectively, influence others positively, and build team commitment.
  • You solve problems through systematic analysis, sound judgment, and a realistic understanding of relevant issues.
  • You organize people and tasks, adapt to changing priorities, learn systems quickly, and remain detail-oriented within time and resource constraints.
  • You prioritize competing demands and meet changing deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • You develop creative solutions, adapt resiliently to different situations and individuals, and maintain a mature problem-solving approach.
  • You communicate clearly with technical and business audiences, listen critically, and adapt your style to the situation.
  • You follow established policies and procedures and demonstrate strong motivation and commitment to the work.
