• Conduct teletherapy sessions with a focus on individuals, couples, and families experiencing grief and loss associated with hospice care.
• Assess client needs thoroughly and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations and goals.
• Employ evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to support clients in navigating their emotional challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the hospice team to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

Your primary focus will be on clients who are at various stages of hospice care, including individuals and families coping with terminal illness. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland.
