• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' presenting issues, history, and treatment goals.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques.
• Collaboratively develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs, regularly monitoring progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
• Offer continuous support and guidance to clients, helping them develop practical strategies for managing life’s challenges.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut is mandatory.
