In your role as a Remote Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals seeking support in a hospice context, ensuring that each treatment plan is aligned with best practices and tailored to the unique needs of your clients.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address mental health challenges for patients experiencing grief, anxiety, or depression.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient records reflect the interventions used and progress made during therapy sessions.

• Facilitating educational sessions for patients and families regarding coping mechanisms, mental health resources, and treatment options available to support their journey.

To be considered for the Clinical Social Worker position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
