Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video call, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their mental health challenges.
• Guiding clients in articulating their emotions and experiences, fostering personal insights that enhance their understanding of themselves and their relationships.
• Serving as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and defining their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will consist of stable adults with low-acuity mental health needs, ensuring focused and manageable caseloads. We specifically align clients with your areas of expertise and demographic preferences, so you can provide the highest quality of care. Importantly, you will not be assigned to severe mental health cases, allowing you to maintain a balanced workload while fostering productive therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid, independent clinical license to practice without supervision as a Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical).
• Strong capacity for making professional evaluations, treatment decisions, and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine compassionate approach towards clients.
• Proficiency with computers and telehealth platforms to manage client sessions efficiently.

Preferred Experience
