This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you the opportunity to manage your work-life balance effectively. Although interactions are primarily virtual, you will collaborate closely with school personnel, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that mental health initiatives are effectively integrated into the school setting.

• You will provide individual and group psychotherapy aimed at addressing various mental health conditions among students, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to create a personalized treatment plan.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, culturally responsive treatment plans that align with best practices and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their feedback and clinical observations.
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings with educators and healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to mental health treatment within the school framework.
• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their mental health journeys.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring informed consent is obtained for all therapeutic interventions.

Your primary focus will be on creating interventions that positively impact children and adolescents. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services, particularly focused on children and adolescents.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with patients, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong clinical proficiency in assessment and evidence-based treatment planning.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology platforms to manage patient records and optimize care coordination.
• Deep understanding of mental health conditions and their implications in a school setting.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

• Experience collaborating with educational professionals to implement mental health strategies in school settings.
• Familiarity with community resources and support networks available for students and families.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and response in educational environments.
