As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your daily responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clinical activities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities to facilitate patient progress.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.
• Engage in teamwork and collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and high-quality patient care.
• Take part in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of services delivered to patients.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources available for additional support.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and apply this knowledge to inform your clinical practice.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting with distinct clinical concerns such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. Your empathetic approach and clinical expertise will play a critical role in ensuring that these individuals receive care that is not only effective but also culturally sensitive.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Familiarity with solution-focused interventions and strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a team environment while also managing independent workloads.

• Experience with remote therapy models and proficiency in digital therapeutic tools.
• Background in working with diverse populations and specialized expertise in certain therapeutic approaches.
