• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual platforms to understand client needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Lead psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups, promoting a shared understanding of mental health issues and fostering community among participants.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to urgent needs.
• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options available, and community resources that can enhance their recovery.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring the highest standard of ethical practice.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional training to continually refine your skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed of current trends and research in mental health therapy, incorporating new insights into your practice.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.
• A current and valid LPCC license in the state of California, ensuring your ability to practice independently and represent the highest standards of the profession.
• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to diverse populations.
• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment plans across a variety of clinical settings.
