  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, including detailed interviews and evaluations, addressing factors such as mental health crises, family dynamics, and resource access.
  • Actively uphold ethical standards in all client interactions, aiming to create a therapeutic environment built on trust, respect, and professional integrity.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients in hospice care, which involves providing support for individuals grappling with terminal illnesses and their families. Qualifications
