In this remote position, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated mental health professionals, providing support through online platforms. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique psychological needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' mental health and enhance their overall quality of life.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to confidentiality and regulatory compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case discussions and planning to ensure holistic patient care.
• Assist patients and their families with educational support regarding mental health resources, coping strategies, and treatment options.
• Continuously engage in professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in social work and mental health.

As an LCSW at Queen Consultation and Counseling Services, your primary focus will be on supporting patients in hospice care, who often face complex emotional and social challenges. You will work with individuals and their families during some of the most difficult times in their lives, empowering them to navigate grief, loss, and transition with dignity and strength.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly those focused on solution-based psychotherapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect empathically with patients and their families.
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving within a team context.
• A commitment to continuing education and professional development.

• Experience in hospice care or palliative settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance clinical documentation efficiency.
• Ability to offer crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute distress.
