• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services to adult clients in a hospice setting, focusing on stability and low-acuity needs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ physical, mental, and emotional statuses to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic methodologies to address client concerns and foster positive change.
• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey and adjust the care plan as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Empower clients to develop effective coping mechanisms and life skills that promote their resilience and well-being.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with medical providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

This role specifically caters to low-acuity adults in a hospice setting, offering emotional support and counseling services to clients during a vulnerable stage of their lives. Your interaction will not only help them cope with their circumstances but also allow for meaningful engagement with their families, enriching the overall support structure involved in end-of-life care.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure in Florida, with acceptable credentials including LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Applicants with provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience, particularly within a mental health or hospice care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively while providing personalized care.
• Proficiency with digital platforms and software relevant to telehealth and electronic health records.
