As an Operational Transformation Project Manager based in Alpharetta (Hybrid or remote), you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Arxada's strategic transformation across Integrated Operations. Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead endtoend project lifecycles, from business case and requirements to implementation, hypercare and closure, using appropriate methodologies.

  • Drive consistent project governance, ensuring PMO standards, quality frameworks, and valuetracking mechanisms are fully embedded.

  • Partner with senior leaders, including Integrated Ops, IT and Finance, to align diverse priorities and facilitate effective steering committee discussions.

  • Ensure measurable value delivery, including efficiency gains, cost optimization, improved quality and KPI achievement.

  • Champion change management, fostering workforce adoption, minimizing disruption and ensuring sustainable transformation outcomes.

  • Manage project budgets, RAID logs and resources, ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are proactively addressed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in project management in a global environment, ideally 5-10 years.

  • Strong experience in Integrated Operations and/or Supply Chain within complex organizations.

  • Demonstrated success managing large transformation projects or project portfolios.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP or Prince2) certification required.

  • Experience in change management, with additional certification preferred.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Planner, MS Project ).

  • Excellent communicator able to influence without authority and build trust across diverse teams.

  • This role is primarily remote, with approximately 10% travel required for project-related plant visits.
