• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services tailored to the unique needs of clients seeking outpatient care.
• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' relational dynamics and mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.
• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively address communication issues and familial stressors, enhancing relational stability.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support when necessary, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation, including client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to empower them in their therapeutic journey.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
• Stay informed of the latest research, therapeutic methodologies, and best practices in marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, and children/adolescents experiencing a range of mental health concerns. • Possess current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within New Jersey.
• Hold a Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
