The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic, fast-paced organization within the Chief Information Office (CIO), supporting operational excellence and transformative technology initiatives across teams including the Enterprise Platforms and Products (EPP) team service areas. As a Business Operations Lead, you will provide tactical support and strategic enablement across teams focused on supporting enterprise technologies, platforms, and strategic transformation initiatives. This role sits within the CIO Business Operations organization and applies standardized processes while adapting to evolving priorities including quarterly planning, SERs, mid-quarter reviews, KPI reporting, and strategic initiative orchestration. Success requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to translate technical, experience-driven, and cross-platform information into actionable, executive-ready insights.
What You'll Work On:
  • Provide comprehensive business operations support, including management of recurring processes, data calls, reporting, and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop high-quality executive-level materials, including presentations, briefings, dashboards, and strategic decks.
  • Support Agile delivery activities such as PI planning, sprint planning alignment, backlog organization, and inter-team dependency tracking across CIO teams.
  • Support EPP service groups, including Automation Services, Business Applications, Delivery Services, Enterprise Platforms, and Enterprise Testing, by maintaining awareness of service-specific roadmaps, dependencies, operational commitments, and maturity challenges.
  • Manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines with sound judgment, ensuring deliverables are consistently met.
  • Maintain coordination of operational workflows such as scheduling, deliverable preparation, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Support strategic initiatives, business rhythms, KPI updates, and planning cycles by organizing information and enabling leadership decision-making.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across technical teams, leadership, and partner groups.
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure alignment of priorities, transparent communication, and effective cross-team coordination.
  • Stay attuned to organizational goals and help identify, prioritize, and escalate critical tasks as needs evolve.
  • Navigate various personalities and work styles while maintaining professionalism, clarity, and a collaborative environment.

You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, program management, advising, or business analysis
  • Experience leading workstreams or small teams to drive alignment, execution, and delivery
  • Experience engaging directly with clients, senior leaders, or executive stakeholders
  • Experience working with Agile or adaptive delivery environments, including ceremonies, tooling such as JIRA and Confluence, and dependency or risk tracking
  • Experience supporting multi-platform enterprise technology environments or product and service groups similar to EPP such as enterprise applications, automation services, platforms, and testing
  • Ability to analyze and interpret operational KPIs specific to EPP such as Say and Do performance, throughput trends, testing bottlenecks, operational versus enhancement workload mix, and stakeholder readiness indicators
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and workflows in dynamic environments
  • Ability to provide SME-level guidance to stakeholders and partners
  • Ability to work independently ,managing priorities and deliverables with minimal oversight, exercise sound judgment, and recommend the best approach in ambiguous or fast-changing situations
  • HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
