Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the mental health community while providing essential support to individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. As an integral part of our practice, you will empower clients to navigate their personal challenges and foster their emotional well-being.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, our mission is to deliver high-quality mental health services that are both accessible and effective. We operate as a private practice focused on outpatient therapy, catering to a diverse range of clientele. Our team is committed to applying trauma-informed care principles, ensuring that each individual's treatment is tailored to their specific needs and background. We create an environment that encourages client and staff growth alike.

Work Environment

This position allows for flexibility in your work setting, as it is entirely remote. Our hospice center's supportive framework facilitates a collaborative atmosphere where you can connect regularly with colleagues and receive guidance where necessary. Our team values innovation and personal satisfaction, providing you with the freedom to establish your own schedule and manage your caseload effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed, individualized treatment plans addressing the unique needs of each client.

  • Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to enhance clientsโ€™ mental health outcomes and well-being.

  • Keep accurate and confidential records in accordance with regulatory compliance standards and organizational policies.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to offer holistic support and share insights that contribute to comprehensive care.

  • Educate clients and their families about the therapy process, providing guidance and resources to strengthen their understanding and engagement.

  • Stay informed on the latest mental health research, trends, and best practices to integrate into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses on serving diverse populations experiencing emotional and psychological distress. Clients may be dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression, and each comes with their own unique set of challenges. You will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive care, advocating for equity and understanding as you help clients rebuild their lives.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

  • A valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia is essential.

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

  • Strong proficiency in solution-focused and trauma-informed therapeutic methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently in dynamic situations.

  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in teamwork while maintaining accountability in your individual practice.

Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient reporting and documentation.

  • Experience in a hospice care or end-of-life support setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, aligning with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, allowing you peace of mind in healthcare. Additionally, you will receive life and disability insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and an employee assistance program to support your mental health. We aim to minimize paperwork, allowing you to focus more on client care and less on administrative tasks.

Career Growth Opportunities

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are deeply invested in the professional development of our team. You will have access to numerous resources for ongoing education and training, ensuring that your skills remain sharp and up-to-date. Opportunities for advancement are available as you demonstrate your expertise and commitment to our mission, potentially leading to leadership roles within the organization.

Why Join Our Team
